I grew up being captivated and inspired by the visual and animation style of Saul Bass. While my career began with a focus in art and design, I took any chance to create opening titles, splash screens, cartoon shorts, and motion-based videos during my time in various companies.
I love the challenge of translating concepts and ideas into visuals, motions, and sound to engage the audience, clarify a message, and support learning. From zany and humorous cartoon styles to clean designs, I enjoy the craft and process of bringing a creative brief or script to life.
Whether you need motion-based video content, explainer videos, title sequences, product demos, or UI motions, I craft motions that feel good and communicate effectively—with a splash of fun when appropriate.

My art career origin story began as a kid drawing and doodling while watching cartoons and reading comics. With an added formal background in Visual Fine Arts, I enjoy the challenge of flexing various art styles during my professional career—video games, Education Technology product development and content, commissioned illustrations, and personal work.
At the end of the day, art is also my happy zen place, a space where making marks on paper—physical and virtual—becomes a form of meditation and a source of joy.

I combine visual design and interaction design with an understanding of core UIUX principles to craft fun, engaging user experiences with accessibility in mind. I can also flex graphic design chops for digital and print-based projects.
My process balances user and client needs, usability principles, and playful moments to increase clarity, satisfaction, and retention and bring a splash of surprise and delight.

From prototype to scale, I have managed concept-to-completion pipelines—creating style guides, visual systems, and production standards that meet design and business goals. I have partnered with cross functional teams and balanced aspirations for artistic and creative excellence with knowledge of technical constraints and optimization and business objectives.
I can recruit, coach, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, set workflows and measurable goals, and balance creative ambition with realistic timelines and budgets. Familiar with project and software development cycles, I have also rolled up my sleeves to take on creative project management needs, coordinating with leads in art, design, engineering, and product—sprint planning, task prioritization, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation—to deliver cohesive, polished products and content iteratively.
